Refunds, Returns & Exchanges


We do not offer refund on paid orders.

In case a customer purchases, preorders or reserves a product and would like to cancel or return the items in the order for any reason including but not limited to delay in receiving the product, change in mind, dissatisfaction, issue in the order or products, they may be eligible for a voucher with credit from our store subject to management approval.

The products must be received in original condition and without personalization to be approved for the voucher. No claims are accepted after 7 days from customer receiving their order.

Under no circumstances will monogrammed or personalized products be accepted for return, and exchange or refund.

Warranty

As with any natural material, your leather requires care to ensure extended durability. Failure to protect your goods from the following will damage the leather permanently:

  • Extreme Temperatures
  • Chemicals/Alcohol/Sanitizers
  • Constant Water/Sweat Exposure

We only cover product Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the product. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear. 

Customers must contact us with a picture of their defective product and a description of why the customer believes the product is defective. Replacement will be subject to Management review and approval.
