Returns & Exchanges 

Under no circumstances will monogrammed or personalized products be accepted for return or refund due to change of mind or mistake in order.


We do not offer refunds for any paid orders. In case a customer preorders, reserves or purchases a product and would like to cancel the order for whatever reason whether due to a delay in receiving the product or change in mind they may be eligible for a Voucher credits which they can use in our store.


As with any natural material, your leather requires care to ensure extended durability. Failure to protect your goods from the following will damage the leather permanently:

  • Extreme Temperatures
  • Chemicals/Alcohol/Sanitizers
  • Constant Water/Sweat Exposure

We only cover product Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the product. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear. 

Customers must contact us with a picture of their defective product and a description of why the customer believes the product is defective. Replacement will be subject to Management review and approval.
