IQONIQ is not liable for accuracy of orders and customers are responsible for confirming their order before the purchasing process.
IQONIQ does not provide suggestions or input for personalization of products. IQONIQ is not liable for refunding any form of unintended input or placed order. Customers should ensure that they have provided accurate details including but not limited to:

- Product Model
- Product Color
before finalizing an order.
Once an order is placed, cancellations to orders are not permitted unless otherwise stated.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. IQONIQ will ensure all quantities displayed on our website are accurate and real-time. However, IQONIQ will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Due to varying RGB profiles of customers’ devices, we cannot guarantee that your devices’ display of any color will be accurate.
IQONIQ reserves the right to terminate or cancel orders when there has been a website malfunction, technical disturbance, or the display of inaccurate pricings. A notification to the customer will be immediately sent and any payment received from the customer will be refunded.
All IQONIQ products are branded with gold foil and will have the “IQONIQ” logo present in gold. This applies to all monogrammed products, including those that are personalized.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
IQONIQ will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. Promotions and discounts will be announced on all social media and email outlets unless stated otherwise.
If a discount code is valid, it is the customers’ responsibility to apply this to their order at the time of purchase only. IQONIQ is not liable or obligated to apply any discount codes once an order has been processed.
All orders purchased in any sale period are exempt from exchanges, refunds and/or replacements.
