SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be dispatched from our U.A.E warehouse within 1 business day upon receiving confirmation from customer on order details through Whatsapp. Please note that during peak periods, these times may be subject to change.
IQONIQ LLC. does not take any responsibility for delays or items sent to invalid or incorrect addresses. IQONIQ is unable to provide any refunds if the item is still in transit. IQONIQ will provide complimentary replacement for items that have been reported lost by the shipping courier as well as the U.A.E Post representatives.
IQONIQ is not responsible if the item is sent to the incorrect address at the fault of the customer, if taxes and duties are not paid for, or if the item is not claimed at the scheduled time and address.
Customers may choose to return their product using our free returns service only if the product is defective. If a customer believes that their order included the shipping of defective items, they should contact customer support by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of product delivery with attachment of photographic evidence sufficient for IQONIQ to conclude that the product delivered can be considered as defective. Customers may be responsible for any postage or customs fees involved in the returns process, upon the discretion of IQONIQ.
If a package is returned or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery and may be liable to pay for postage costs.
Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. IQONIQ will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address.
The Customer Care team will provide as much assistance as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their local carrier.

TAXES DUTIES AND/OR CUSTOMS FEES
There may be taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. Please know these charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by IQONIQ. IQONIQ executes DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) orders by default. Customers are responsible for payment of import duties & taxes.
If you do not pay your customs fees your order may be destroyed or abandoned, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of your order. It is the customers responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find if you are affected by these charges.
IQONIQ LLC. allows exchange of products if the product is deemed defective. Customers must contact email@example.com with a picture of their defective product and a description of why the customer believes the product is defective.
Ultimately, the availability of exchange of IQONIQ products depends on the discretion of IQONIQ management. We take product integrity and manufacturing processes extremely seriously; therefore, IQONIQ will only accommodate requests that are deemed justified.

Under no circumstances will monogrammed or personalized products be accepted for return due to change of mind. We do not provide refunds or exchange on monogrammed or personalized products unless the item is defective.
IQONIQ is not liable for incorrectly purchased products. If an item is incorrect, IQONIQ is unable to exchange, replace or refund these products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit IQONIQ will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or damaged in transit.
